   DO NOT USE!!! Their attitude is a typical “hide behind the small print” but take your money anyway approach.

   We had our Cross Lab insured with RSPCA when she reached about ten years old. For a few years everything was fine but age eventually got the better of her and after complications with her spine we were advised by the vet to have her put to sleep. The vet , aware we had RSPCA insurance, prepared the paperwork for us, which we dully submitted thinking all was fine.

   But no…

   “We don’t insure dogs over ten!” was the response. No matter who we ring, same answer, and our letters have not been replied to. Totally disgusted, and will never use them again.
