I had recently put in my first claim for my cat which the vets very kindly agreed to deal direct with them for they sent off the claim form and history and the form was returned to me saying no history of the cat had been received – I then sorted for the history to be faxed (which they did) the same day and I posted off the claim form separately and followed up after a week to learn that PETWISE claimed to not have received my posted form or the vets faxed history on my cat?????? which I found very hard to believe – I then asked the vets to refax the details over to them which they did and have been trying to sort this for the last week numerous phone calls to find out they are still saying they havent received the faxed details???? I am now waiting on a Team Leader to call me back as this is getting beyond a joke!!!!!!!!!!!! My advice is use a more well know company in future – this has turned out to be a bloody nightmare!
