   Very Very poor serice.
   Due to complete incompetence resulted in the death of family pet.
   Do not take insurance with this company.
   Told to fill in a ‘Pre-Authorisation Form’ before any work would be carried out by company, then to be told 4 weeks later it was not needed!.
   Absolutely Devasted.
